FAQ
Q: DO I NEED RESERVATIONS?
A: Reservations are strongly recommended for attending any of the scheduled wine classes. In our unique classes, you will taste through a number of wines and those wines are poured in advance of the class time. Space is also extremely limited and we would hate for you to arrive for a class and not have room for you. To make reservations visit our classes page.
Q: WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT WHEN ATTENDING A WINE CLASS?
A: Cellar Experience strives to create a super comfortable and un-intimidating environment for you to enjoy and learn about wine. When you arrive simply check in and, if you have not already prepaid, pay for your class attendance. Then choose a seat and get ready to have a great time. We provide everything you need - wine, water, snacks, note paper, wine information, and anything else that could be useful in the particular class.
Q: WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL A CLASS RESERVATION?
A: In the event you need to cancel a class reservation, please let us know as soon as possible. To obtain a refund, you must notify us 48 hours in advance, except in case of emergency. Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will entitle you to a class credit for a future class only. Refunds will be processed on request in lieu of a future class pass only where 48 hours minimum notice is provided or, at the discretion of Cellar Experience, the circumstances justify a refund.
Q: WHEN IS CELLAR EXPERIENCE OPEN?
A: Cellar Experience is open before most classes and often after classes end. Check our calendar for the hours on any particular date. Feel free to stop by for a glass or bottle of wine during any hours when classes are not in session. We are also open by appointment for private tastings and events.
